This LT fully automatic busbar punching, bending and cutting machine uses three independent hydraulic systems, so punching, shearing and bending can run simultaneously rather than in sequence. Positioning across all three units is automatic, coordinated by servo motors, a PLC and a touch screen, and the cutting length is servo-controlled with the bending system calculating the unrolled length of the copper busbar itself. For a UK manufacturer moving from individual machines to a production cell, that simultaneity is the throughput gain — the machine does not wait for each station in turn. Supplied to ISO 9001:2000 / CE certification with MOQ 1 and a 7–25 day delivery window.
Test conditions: Copper and aluminium busbar processing on three independent hydraulic systems, with automatic positioning of all three units coordinated by servo motor, PLC and touch screen.
