What the 303U-3 machine covers

The LT 303U-3 is a CNC single-table busbar processing machine for copper busbar up to 12 mm thick and 160 mm wide, covering the busbar sizes found in most UK distribution boards and consumer assemblies. It punches round, oblong and square holes and performs vertical bending, flat bending and U-bending, so a single machine replaces the punch, shear and bender normally found on three separate benches. LT machines in this class are in service in more than 100 countries, which means die sets and spares are standard supply items rather than one-off manufacture. It suits UK panel shops whose busbar work is dominated by repeat lengths inside the 160 mm window.
