The LT HQ-600-B is a double head busbar bending machine built for busbar trunking (busway) production, bending the connection bar at both ends in a single cycle. Both ends work hydraulically, so pressure is high and repeatable rather than depending on operator force, and the two bends of the bar are formed once instead of in two separate setups. That matters in UK busway manufacture, where a run contains many identical connection bars and each one has to match the last. A large tonnage hydraulic cylinder paired with a high flow gear pump keeps the equipment running at speed, and the major components are known-brand items.
Test conditions: Copper busbar for busbar trunking connection bars, processed on a double head hydraulic machine bending both ends of the bar in one cycle.
Measured values: 2 heads working hydraulically; both bends of the connection bar formed once; large tonnage hydraulic cylinder with high flow gear pump; major components from known brands.
Benchmark: Double head forming against bending each end separately: one cycle produces the finished connection bar, so the second bend cannot drift out of register with the first.
