What the SXC30-750 press does

The LT SXC30-750 is a hydraulic press for sheet metal and busbar processing on a 750 mm bed, controlled by PLC with a digital axis system. The bed is a welded steel plate structure given stress annealing after welding, so the frame does not deform over years of use — the factor that decides whether a press still holds tolerance in its tenth year. Positioning is carried out with the digital axis system, and the machine can be stopped during unmanned operation. A high flow gear pump gives a step speed of up to 12 strokes per minute. UK fabricators use it for the flat work that accompanies their busbar production.
